CleanPro management will regularly schedule formal meetings to review our performance and listen to any questions or concerns our customers may have. All comments and concerns are documented and any issues are immediately acted upon.
Quarterly or Semi-annual Management Performance Meetings
Cleanpro regularly meets with its service staff and reviews their performance relative to customer satisfaction. This important step is where we learn what we must do better to ensure complete customer satisfaction whether that entails additional training, upgraded inventory, or processing adjustments.
